My husband and I were looking to buy our first home together and to sell his home. It was a very exciting and scary time for us because the market was a little shaky at the time. Gina, being a good friend of ours was the only realtor we felt we could trust to be honest with us about what we should expect with the sale of our home and the current market. We were constantly calling Gina with questions and getting the answers we needed to make educated decisions. One weekend, a friend mentioned a home to us that they thought we would really like.
